A drawing class for kids suitable for beginners to intermediate. Each term we dive into new subjects, new compositions and new techniques to help artists develop their drawing skills, imagination and creativity, all while having fun with others. In Term 2 artists will experiment with landscapes, famous landmarks, perspective, proportions, colouring techniques with coloured pencil, scales, feathers, fur and a variety of creative drawing tasks. There will be lots of scope for choice within each artwork, and input from the artists as to what they would like to learn throughout the term.

About the Teacher:
Jodie is a passionate Visual Arts Educator, artist and qualified Art Therapist with over 22 years’ experience in secondary education. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art (RMIT) and a Grad Dip Ed. She brings a joyful, empowering approach to teaching that blends creativity, connection and wellbeing.
